I am an amputee but I stood in line specifically waiting for the pharmacist to make sure that my prescriptions were in stock knowing that there is a problem because they are morphine and Dilot it . I waited approximately 12 minutes for the pharmacist to finally come over and talk to me . She had an attitude when she came to the window finally ! Knowing that there's a problem with these medications in the state in area , I had already spoken to my insurance company asking that they had been overwritten for permission . I have been on these medications for over 15 years. Walgreens has filled them just about every single month . She told me no problem I can pick them up the next day . I get a text about 15 minutes later saying there's a problem ! When I called there was an indication that only one of them had been submitted and sure enough there was a problem ! I went into days later , and pharmacist Donna K told me that the insurance company had a problem with that it needed to be overridden ! I told her she was lying I had already spoken to the insurance company ! Go ahead and submit it right now and I was going to stand there and wait. Sure enough , I had my Scripps within five minutes! I was in excruciating pain for an entire weekend because of DONNA K. At the Westmont Walgreens ! That would be Westmont, Illinois!!! She has not found her niche she would be better off as a gravedigger!
