Refilled prescription on 2/15/2017. I had been refilling 30 days at a time. Insurance company changed to 90 day refills. Walgreen's at Davis and Mid cities gave me on box of five pens. (41 day supply) saying that was what was left on my prescription for refill. Tried refilling after 41 days and they said they had to fax doctor for refill. Waited three days and checked back. They said they had not heard from doctor. Same the next day so I checked with doctor who said they faxed on 3 rd. Doctor faxed again refilling prescription . Walgreen's still claimed not to have fax from doctor until I said I would change pharmacies. Then they said they did have fax from doctor but insurance company would not pay. I called insurance company who said Walgreen's billed them for 90 day supply on 2/15/2017. Insurance company called Walgreen's and told them to fill the rest of prescription or the would reverse payment
from insurance company. Walgreen said I could pick up prescription in one hour. That was five hours ago. Still being processed. Don't use Walgreen's!
