McAlester Oklahoma Walgreens evidently has policy to NEVER refund cash or debit cards. Even if it's their own fault. My sister asked for only 3 pills and they accidentally charged her for full script. When asked them for a refund, their response was " we don't refund cash and we consider debit cards the same as cash". She never got her refund or credit.

I purchased a $50 Taco Bell gift card for my son-in-law's birthday. He tried to use it a few days later and it was declined. They told him that it was never activated. I took it back to Walgreens and I was told we just needed to scratch off the PIN number and call the number on the back of the card to register it. I tried that, but they said it never was activated, never had money put on it. I called Walgreens gift card customer service and they instructed me to go get the electronic journal, which I did, and send a copy to them and they would activate the card within 3 days. It has been three weeks, and they tell me I have to wait until after their "investigation". I paid $50, which Walgreens took, and has, and I have to wait who knows how long for them to figure out what happened?! They told me there was a communication problem between be their and Taco Bell's computers. Why can they not reissue me a new card, and take this one while they figure out their problems?? Walgreens customer service is terrible!!
