On the 8th of September, I went to the Walgreens in Jacksonville, North Carolina at the corner of Gum Branch and Henderson to fill my new Marinol Prescription. That day, the pharmicist told me he could only do a partial prescription; reluctantly, I accepted. About three weeks later, I went back to the same pharmacy to get a refill, and I was informed I had received the full amount, and that I had to wait until October 8th for it to be refilled. I knew for a fact I was told it was only a partial, so I asked the Lead Pharmicist to check the video footage. In less fifteen minutes, I approached the counter and asked what the Lead guy had discovered, knowing full-well that he couldn't have possibly had time to "watch her fill the prescription, and count it twice..." He told me this while his eyes furtively glanced upward and left, hinting at the fact he was lying to me. I will be filing an official grievance/complaint to their headquarters if this isn't that already.
