PHARMACY

I will never again take a medication to Walgreens at 9325 Poplar Ave in Germantown TN store number 4312 or any Walgreens period. I have never been spoken to or treated so rudely as I was on Sunday the 27th by the only pharmacy manager there, MARTHA V., whom decided she could simply delete my refill from being refilled...Currently my dr is an hr from my home as I live in Coldwater MS. I have been seeing the same dr and getting the same meds for a couple of years now. I see my dr now every few months as don't have insurance. I took my prescription not far from my drs on Poplar in TN. The first refill was fine I had no issues but when it was time for the 2nd well that was ridiculous. When I filled the first time I asked about getting a different brand and they told me to call about a week before my refill and they would order it for me...when I called Martha answered and told me twice that it was too early to fill my script so I repeated very slowly, I AM NOT TRYIMG TO REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION I AM SIMPLY ASKING THAT YOU ORDER A DIFFERANT BRAND BECAUSE THATS HOW I WAS TOLD TO DO IT, she rudely said " oh, we'll have that for you." When I called in my refill the following week I had no problems and even got an email saying it was ready. I than drove an hr to TN and went thru the drvethru to see Martha whom told me my prescription was too early to fill and than started to scream literally that her calculations I should still have a couple of days worth and that she deleted my refill the moment she saw it, and simply walked away. Yes with HER math I had 4 days except that I take 2/day. The following day I went on the Walgreens app to do my refill and it said there was none available and the same thing with the home recording. When I soke to a pharmacist I was told my prescription had been transferred to another location on Shelby dr., when I called there I was told I had no refills and I explained what happened with Martha and I was put on hold and magically my refill was than being filled!! I have extremely bad anxiety which was why I was picking up my Alprazolem to begin with, and I am shocked that a pharmacist of all people would treat anyone that way, let alone someone with bad nerves to begin with!! After all that's happened I will NEVER use Walgreens again. No one deserves to be treated like a criminal for no reason and no pharmacist has the right to take away meds that are prescribed to you by a dr!! MARTHA V HAS TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU MENTALLY TO ACT THAT WAY AT YOUR PLACE OF WORK!!!
