I would like to file a complaint against the Somerset county Pennsylvania Walmarts beauty salon/smart cuts for severe permanent damage to my hair due to negligence and neglect on their hairstylist I have naturally blonde hair and have had naturally blonde all my life open till Walmart beauty salon/Smart cuts Did severe chemical damage to my hair I have not touched my hair as far as putting any chemicals or hair dye on my hair whatsoever since Walmarts beauty salon was supposed to make my hair look nice For my husband’s Christmas party which I already had a beautiful long hair almost down the whole way to the bottom of my back but I went in to Walmart beauty salon to have my hair changed from blonde to a very light silver-ish blonde my appointment was at 9:30 in the morning and the lady that was doing my hair left bleach and chemicals on my hair for hours and hours she took so long and left the chemicals bleach on my hair that I had to call off work that day I was scheduled to go to work which is about 20 minutes from where Walmart is located I was scheduled for work that day at 2 o’clock and had to call off work and have my shift covered because I was still at Walmart beauty salon with bleach and chemicals on my hair that many hours later This is extreme pigment damage and permanent damage to my hair and my whole appearance and looks I have now left my hair grow out around 3 to 4 inches of new growth and it is extremely dark in color it is no longer my natural blonde color it is now a dark brown it is such a severe and extreme change from my natural colored hair that my 10 year old son has commented and and asked mom hair black now And this has caused a complete change in my appearance and my looks Because I always had naturally blonde hair I did occasionally dye my hair about a shade lighter blonde but I never used any bleaching chemicals on my hair whatsoever in my life until I went to Walmart hair salon and they used bleach and chemicals and then left them on for an excessive amount of time hours upon hours they left these damaging chemicals on my hair that caused permanent pigment damage to my hair caused my appearance and looks to be completely different which has caused severe emotional and mental health issues Because my luxe are so much different and the worst part about it is I cannot even fix this because you can’t just fix pigment damage and also I can’t even have it redone so it would at least look Decent I have to leave it this way for who knows how long or go have all my beautiful long hair cut off to even try to correct this because the hairstylist at Walmart that was supposed to be doing my hair was neglectful they were shorthanded and she was actually supposed to be the district manager and had to come into the Somerset County Pennsylvania Walmarts hair salon due to lack of employees wow she was supposed to be doing my hair she was cutting other peoples hair in between and all kinds of things instead of paying attention to what she was doing and doing my hair correctly without damage she was cutting other peoples hair cutting peoples facial hair doing all kinds of other things that she should not have been doing I had a scheduled appointment and we’re supposed to have a professional doing my hair and not only is there a permanent pigment damage to my hair that is completely change the color I cannot even try to fix it or make it look decent because it is so damaged from the severe chemical damage from Walmarts hair salon because their hairstylist was only to put the bleaching chemical on the roots of my hair and she did not follow that procedure and she is the one that even said that she was only putting it on the roots of my hair so it would not cause damage by the time she was done putting this bleaching chemical on my hair over and over again for hours she had it all over my whole hair except for about the last 2 inches of it and as I stated my hair is nearly down to the bottom of my back so she did an extreme amount more of bleaching then she was even supposed to do and then proceeded to bleach it over and over again for hours this was the worst experience I have ever seen at a hairstylist it honestly didn’t even look that good when she was done I could’ve done a better job at my house by myself and I’m not a hairstylist due to her placing the bleach on more than just my roots of the hair and the excessive amount of time that she left the bleaching chemical on my hair it has also caused my hair to fall out in clumps when I wash it I get hands full of hair this has also caused me not even to be able to wash my hair daily I have to leave it go as long as possible because as soon as I wash it it falls out in clumps My hair never fell out before I am including a photo of the extreme color change in my new growth yes and if you need additional photos of not only the pigment damage done to my hair I can also include photos of washing my hair in the hands full of hair that falls out I have looked this up on numerous websites and I do intend to take further action I want reimbursed for the permanent damage to my hair as far as the pigment damage The change it has made in my appearance the emotional damage that it has now caused Walmarts hair salon/smart cuts can either be willing to work with me personally and settle this or I will take further action against their company I have plenty of proof and witnesses of what went on at the Somerset County Walmarts hair salon/smart cuts if they were too shorthanded on employees they should’ve canceled my
