I always cash my checks at Walmart. On or about 12/22/16, I tried to cash a Government check at the Walmart in Dover Delaware. The worker tried repeatedly to run it through but the system kept saying, "unable to process". No reason was given as to why. A couple of days later I tried the Walmart in Middletown, Delaware. Again, the worker tried repeatedly, but the system was unable to process my request. No reason was given. Unfortunately, I was unable to get last minute Christmas gifts and could not make my car payment.
