I am having problems with the product you sell online and in your stores this is my second attempt at this product and it still does the same thing . I know it is not on my end cause my other headphones works great , it is the blackweb wirleless neckband bluetooth they cost 26 dollars . I want to reach out to you first before i write reviews .

the look of them is nice that is why i wanted them , they do not say to connected have to reconnect all the time or switch from hands free to stero . I am thinking maybe a bad batch of these are out cause why would my second set do it , Now with the virus and everything no returns with out a recipte stupid me don't have it .. I got this for the computer thought it be great nope. i removed the device and readded it still the same .

So i thought use it on my phone nope dropped the call in matter of seconds .

This Is my second set of your product that you sell online and at your stores . It is the Blackweb wireless neckband earphones , I am reaching out to you first before i give reviews on other sites. I am thinking that you have defective Blackweb neck band because both pairs does the same thing , they will not stay connected at all less then five minutes . My other headphones will so I know it is not anything in my system . I removed the device and readd it same thing.they cost 26.00 waste of money . they will not take them back with no recipt i am guessing it because of the virus which I understand .

So i am reaching out to you first , and hope that you can help me .
