My name is Johnnie Sistrunk, my card is not exactly a credit card it’s a walmart green dot prepaid card. I went online to check my balance on my card instead of my balance I found a notification attached saying my card was blocked for some crazy reason.i was told to send a copy of my license front and back to make sure i am who i said I am. A couple of days later I received an email saying that my information wasn’t legal to resend, about that time I became furious because I have money on that card. I called customer service on August 17 2018 i was told to send in my document again to an email that they gave me, so i did they said it would take about 5 days. Waiting patiently I gave until Sunday August 26 2018, i called customer service again only to find out that they did not receive my email and for me to resend my indentification. Well needless to say I am very highly pissed off, and very,very, disappointed in Walmart green dot money card. I had spend money on another prepaid card so that I could pay my bills.
