I would like to file a complaint form against the Walmart in Somerset County Pennsylvania for their salon beauty shop I had my hair colored died at the Somerset Walmart at their beauty salon and they have done severe permanent damage to my hair end and it is due to nothing but But neglect and unprofessional conduct from the Somerset County Walmarts beauty salon I went in there and had my hair dyed I have naturally blonde hair well I did I have had naturally blonde hair all my life I went in there to have it changed from blonde to a very light silver-ish blonde the woman that did my hair was only supposed to put bleach on the roots of my hair till it was all said and done she had the bleach all over my hair all except maybe the last 2 inches of my hair I have extremely long hair almost down to the bottom of my back they then proceeded to let the bleach on my hair for hours my appointment was at 9:30 in the morning I had work at 2 o’clock that afternoon and had to call off work and have my shift covered because I was still in at Walmart beauty salon with bleach on my hair this procedure that they did took hours upon hours and now it has been around six months since I had my hair done and over the last few months as the new growth has been coming in I noticed that it was darker than it ever has been before And it is continuing to get darker now I have had naturally blonde hair all my life I have a photo I will include in here of how dark my hair is now it is an extreme extreme change I have not died my hair put any chemicals on my hair whatsoever since Walmarts beauty salon has touched my hair for one because I can’t it is so damaged from them from them letting the chemicals on way too long that I cannot even fix this problem it is cause severe changes in my looks and everything and also has caused severe emotional damage because I have to walk around looking like this now with a hair color that I never had in my life I have already looked it up and have enough proof that due to too long of chemical damage at one time will cause the pigment in someone’s hair to change which is exactly what happened they caused my hair to be very very dark it is extreme and not to mention that due to their neglect of putting the bleach more than just on my roots of my hair my hair now falls out in clumps when I wash it extreme amounts so this has also caused severe thinning in my hair I had beautiful hair that was naturally blonde I did occasionally diet a little lighter blonde but that is it my hair was not bleached whatsoever before Walmart hair salon bleached it I want a complaint filed against him and I will be seeking compensation for this this is a life-changing effect this changes my whole appearance like I said this is for Somerset County Pennsylvania Walmart beauty salon my name is Ashly Lytle and I live in Markleton, PA 15551
