I purchased an appliance on November 21, 2020 the refrigerator didn’t fit it was too large they refunded 1313 back to Walmart money card December 12 2020 Walmart had blocked my card it it now December 17, 2020 my card is till blocked I have submitted all documentation they put you on hold for over an hour agents are overseas broken English they took my 5.00 mo they device fee their unprofessional rude arrogant no phone etiquette I would not recommend a dog cat or rat to get this card they suck I also filed a case with the attorney generals office in my state about Walmart deciptive practices they need to be shut down and out of business
