Locked out my account
On 2/22/2017 I was locked out of my account I was told to upload my driver's licence,I'd or passport online and they would investigate and it would take up to 2 business days we'll I did exactly what I was told and I received a message saying my I'd I sent was approved. I also called to and talked to the representative and shealso said it would take 2 business days we'll I haven't heard anything yet I called the1800 number back to see what was going on and I couldn't get pass the automatic message cause it kept hanging up on me.i check my balance daily to make sure my money is still in my account in which it's still there I also calls the number and it says my I'd wasn't accepted which clearly I received the message when I send it and it says it's accepted.i am confused. I also get my paycheck deposited and that wasn't deposited into my account. Now I am frustrated and broke and have bills to pay I have never been late paying my car payment and now it will be late.
