i found several fraudulent charges on my wmmc. and have been fight with them for the last 2 months to get my money back. every time i call they tell me to file a despute and send them proof that i didnt make the charges i have dont so once a week for the last 2 months and still they keep denying my claim telling me i made the purchases so i refile a dispute and resubmit my proof only to get hung up on when im trying to find out what proof they have that i made these charges they refuse to file a fraud complaint and wont work with me. i have called the main offices in utah and gotten the same run around. if there is a class action suit against them i would love to join. $1000.00 may seem like pocket change to most but when you live paycheck to paycheck you depend on it for food mortgage and they dont help you at all. i wouldnt recommend this card to a dead person.
