How can you take it upon yourself to cancel my card because i ask you about purchasing another card to have my funds transferred to new card. Ok so i mention i misplaced my card but i did not ask you to cancel my card or was i asked did i want to cancel, now with the holidays i have no money or food and car in the shop, because my direct deposit, which is coming in the morning, has been cancel also. When speaking to someone in customer service (Uni) and trying to get supervisor i was told supervisor would call me back in couple of hours and he hung up on me. Customer service and supervisor ( which i had to call back in to speak to) is a joke. I begged for other options which i was told they have no options to help me (there are always options). I have been a customer for three years now but no more! I have never dealt with company who treat their customer with little concern!!!
