For the past three plus weeks; I was both promised and guaranteed a Refund my n the amount $15.24 (See attachments). Contacting customer service reps and being told the refund will be refunded. In addition, within the first ten days a refund was granted. It has been close to thirty days and these Quacks are just that! What type of Individuals are placed in these positions. Having sent multiple texts and calling the Dispute Dept. I may as well have called Capt. Kangaroo or Big Bird! At least a positive response would have resulted
