I reported on 08/30/20 to the Walmart Money Card Claims department that I had 17 unauthorized transactions totaling $1,762.05. I provided them with all the information they needed as I am a very meticulous person, I was on top of everything plus that is a lot of money to me and is my bill money. I read their agreement on the situation before I called them what I needed how to handle it and what to expect. I sent them an email the same night with all the information they requested of me, I followed up with them again in a day as I heard nothing. I got not information about my dispute, why my money hadn't been replaced back on my card? Their agreement clearly states that they will credit the card with the amount that is in error if it is taking more than 10 business days. It has been way more than 10 business days for me I have not gotten my money credited, I have called numerous times to be given the run around by the Customer Service employees. I got a "provisional" credit they said to make up for my losses of $100.80!!! Unacceptable!!! That covers not a single bill I want ALL the money I had taken from me that they guarantee which is why I had purchased those cards over the years. I was told I that I was sent a letter which I have not been!! I was told I didn't send the email like I was supposed to so I don't get my money back. That is a lie I sent 2 emails to them on 2 separate occasions with all the information they asked for and the police report even. Then they said I don't get a refund because my name was signed on the receipts making it authorized! No that is why there is a police report, I didn't sign the receipts someone else did!! It's forgery, identity theft why I reported it to the police along with the card company.
I still to this day have not gotten my refund for my $1,762.05 from Walmart Money Card, nor have I gotten any type of letter or explanation from them about my dispute for the transactions I made. I call regularly to ask but get a different story each time, I really need that money. I have provided them all the proof, their agreements states I should have been refunded already and I wasn't.
I have several other Walmart Money Cards that have money on them also, not as much, but I am unable to login or access any of those accounts to get access to my money!! I get emails updating me with the amount of money I have but I can't access any of them!! This is all very wrong when I have done nothing, I have been victimized by them too over and over!!!
I just want y money refunded to me, I worked hard to get that money it was part of the unemployment money I had to fight for because I slipped through the cracks of my local Workforce Center, all the months I was sick with COVID. I am losing all my stuff again!!

I tried to attach everything but it kept telling me it had to be in JPG or PNG form which it was but wouldn't accept it. I don't have any other way to send my stuff cuz my car is broken and I don't have the money to fix it. But I have all the evidence,
