I have use Walmart Savings Catcher program for years until now. Walmart decide to make changes to there program that is now making it a security issue for its customers. Instead of using your PC to enter your receipts you now have to use an app on your phone that is linked to either your debit card or credit card. This is a risky thing as if you loose your phone and some one hacks your 4 digit code they will have access to your account! Now you have to pay with your phone and down load your receipt to use this program. I called and asked why we were not told this was going to happen and was told by a Savings Catcher rep that due to tech errors most people did not receive an email regarding this. Sorry Walmart not acceptable! Why change this program that was secured to something that puts your customers at risk????? Will compare my own prices from now on and NOT using this any more or dealing with there very rude reps.
