customer service/incompetency
I went to Walmart Smartsyle Salon in Elizabethville Pennsylvania to have my roots "touched up." I have used this salon always giving tips for a while so my hair dye color is well known to the personell working there. While my usual color is auburn with red highlights the end result was a head of almost black hair with a large bald spot above my forehead. My complaints to the salon did nothing so I contacted the 1-800 number from the salon. Lucky me, I received an official form letter from the guest relations supervisor of Regis Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota saying that they investigated my complaint and thier reccomendation was to go somewhere else!!! Believe me I will and suggest anyone using Regis serice remember....Buyer Beware!!!!
