I had rented a car from Hertz rental on 07/18/2015 , this transaction was posted on my account, also 07/23 for 10.00 & 07/24/15 for 104.00 after returning the car Hertz rental sent a release for the deposits, after a few weeks I contacted green dot about those transactions. I was told that I would need to wait over 60 Days for the funds to be replaced on my master card. After complaining the transactions and card balance changed.
This company stole my funds and have tried to cover this up even after a representative from Hertz told them I was due the refund...
My funds where to be secured by the FDIC, I want to be represented by your company to get my funds

On August 28, 2015, I called the number on the back of the money card to get bal. and check transactions. I wasn't able to Get a live voice. the weather recording that tells you how to have your balance text. so I have my balance text to me. when I went to use my card at the gas station the transaction declined.so I went back home to call the number again on the card No help so then I took my card And ID to Walmart to see if maybe the Rep was able to help me since I purchased the card at Walmart. I was told that They don't have any access.I was unable to get through to a live voice on the number on the back of the card so I got online to investigate any other numbers that I could find,no even number available. I need my funds because I have bills to pay single parent and trying to make a living and I'm not able to get my money off this card.it's a shame people Work for their hard earn money and have to go through something like this.I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as calling the FBI this is nothing but a scam and I'm holding Walmart accountable because they are selling these cards their customers.that's a shame I have to be treated like a criminal for my own money I am a pissed customer
