I just bought and activated my Walmart money card and when I just tried to use it it got denied. I called the 877 number and could not speak to a human then it said I had to prove my identity when I went to the advised website it does not work. I went on the Walmart money card site and there is no way to get any help there so I want to know how they can except my money tell me it is on the card then let me activate the card only to lock me out of my very own card and not let me use my money. I want answers and can not for the life of me speak to a human or even get the correct site to fix the problem or find out why there is a problem they had no problem giving me the card and taking my money at Walmart so why is it now a issue for me to use my own money.
