Walden University failed to follow written regulation for advancement through their Ed.D program. Repeated changes to my Ed.D committee members, professor Harvey Stone failed to grade assignments submitted for an incomplete that he asked me to take for "How Adults Learn: Theory and Research", repeated edits on proposal prohibiting my advancement to next level in the 5 tier Ed.D program, prolonged repeated assessments by the URR, termination of committee chairman, and the requirement for me to repeat 8090 DS Doctoral Study Intensive course more than 13 times with a passing grade.
