I live in a council house that is surround by 7 bars and an early morning start for a local flower shop. I have address Wandsworth Council for a year and half for them to put double glaze windows in to be told 2020 now what I'm I suppose to do in the mean while?.My son was murded 5 years ago yards from where I use to live (Tooting) I ask the council to move me and was told no 3 years on I took an over dose and ended up in ICU for 4 days a week later went back to the council and ask again and was told yes they will move me to cut a long story short they offered me two places near to where my son was killed and then this place where I now live. Moving here I was on 20mg anti depression now nearly two years on I'm on 60mg sleeping tablets. Hot nights here are bad I cannot have my windows open because of the drunk people some of them pee outside my doors Thursday Friday and Saturdays are the worst nights because their around until 3 am then the flower shop opens at 7 I feel I'm going mad in this house the council will not move me told me to join homeswappers and get on with it. Yesterday I got an email from the council to say they will be putting double glaze window in 2018 2020 What am I suppose to do until then. Wandsworth council and my housing Manager Mr Esacky do not reply to most of my letters I feel I need to take them to court but I cannot afford that as I'm on the sick due to depression
