This is about warehouse69 located in Sungei Kadut. Sales talk when we were browsing through the furniture were very nice, can customize this, can customize that. Offered "buffet" price for bedframe and mattress, another buffet for dining set, coffee table(which we changed to side tables) and sofa.

Asked to pay deposit of $2500 which we did. We were told to give him (Sales Manager E.T) about 4 weeks prior to move in to confirm our selection etc.

When we arranged to meet up to confirm our selection, was told that only weekdays are available. So we self de conflicted with our work schedule and appear, once we started talking about the certain customization which was already mentioned when we paid deposit, it was then revealed that we need to wait for shipping, so we were quite surprised that it was not written down in the invoice (yes we could have checked as well, but unfortunately we didn't). Things which were promised in the sales talks (anything also can customize soon became "nope, Only certain things, not chair legs, not this, not that"). Naturally we became pissed, but we still went ahead and select the colours that we wanted. Chose simple bed frame and side tables.

It was made known to us the delivery will be 22 Oct for all the furniture less the dining table (16 Nov) which needed to be customized. We felt OK, reasonable timeline. Few days before 22 Oct, we were told that the delivery of all other furniture will be delayed to 27 Oct, and sofa delivery will be 29 Oct. No reason given as well. Still, we accepted reluctantly.

One day before 27 Oct, he called us to say that only the mattress can be delivered on 29 Oct, with dining chairs, the rest of the items will be delayed to 8 Nov. Although this sounds ridiculous, we still asked whether 8 Nov is the final date for all the other furniture less dining table to which he replied yes, and apologized once again for the delay.

When the delivery came on 8 Nov, only the mattress was delivered, along with free items (2 pillows and 1 bolster). When queried what happened to the rest of the items, his reply was get back to us, let him check, give him awhile. Over a span of 3 days from 8 Nov, he had been using this delay tactic without explaining to us the delay or when our furnitures will arrive, it is always give him awhile, and MIA for the whole day (read and no reply, blue tick).

Today, I gave the logistics side a call to find out if the items we bought were already in, since they can't promise the delivery time. The call operator mentioned that she will get the salesperson to contact me. When queried where is their higher management, the answer is "he is in a meeting". It seems that there are standard templates to handle customers calling to enquire about their orders.

Just want to warn all, do not be persuaded to buy furniture in a rush, we learned the hard way. As of today, they are still doing advertisement on social media, it's always sale and sale but there are customers like us who are waiting and waiting, like idiots!

It's up to you to believe, this is my experience, a very poor experience!
