I am a warid customer. i've lost my sim card and called warid customer service to block it as a security measure so that nobody else can use it. But i was shocked to know that warid has transferred my SIM card ownership to someone else! and they were denying to block the sim saying "it's not in your name". It was really frustrating to know!

Warid transferred my number to someone else without my knowledge & now they refuses to solve it. It's been 20 days since my SIM is inactive! my number was a golden number probablly warid resell that number to someone else! I have been using that number for four years. it is very important for me, its the only number i I want my number back or i will go for legal complaint for transferring ownership of my number to other person even though i was using the number! it wasn't deactive even for a single day! how can Warid be so negligent, and why should I have to go all the way to business center to provide with my documents when I was submitted my proof! i can provide all numbers i contacted the last time before i lost the sim. this is very frustrating warid. i want my number and i want to transfer it to ufone! warid you disappointed me twice!


my sim card is not being reissued i visited warid local franchise multiple times! my number remains deactive since 20 days. i missed all important calls and warid responsible for all of my missed schedules. its absolutely cheating and ridiculous to treat the customer who has been with warid for 4 Years now. PLEASE HELP !!!
