I have changed my opinion based on my last experience. I purchased a beautiful Panerai rose gold Luminor. After several wearnings, a screw fell out of the crown guard. Now, understand that I have bought many replicas and ALWAYS tighten the screws in the bracelet, but it never occured to me to check the crown guard. I asked WC for a replacement screw and several of the wrong size were sent. Then DR started his out and out lies, saying that once he got to Oklahoma he'd forward the proper screws, After waiting for several months, I realized he was full of it. Fortunately, I found a second source and was able to get the proper peplacement. I just returned to the WC site and see that the cost of their Panerais is about double what other, more reputable sites charge. Beware the Watch Cartel. They once were reliable but no longer are.

i bought a submariner from this company, maria is who i talked to through email and phone message. the watch took 2 months to get here and when i get it, the crystal is not even on one side and the cyclops date mag glass is crooked as hell!! otherwise the watch is very close to original. and communication is not very timely at all if at all!. due to these two big strikes, i have to recommend against this company. one more thing, i have yet to go to the rolex dealer, but i have had a few real tags and this fake rolex from watch cartel just seems to be on the lite side for weight of a "true steel band" as advertised.
