What a joke these guys are. Send in two watches for battery replacement . Then 10days later say waiting for estimate for batteries . Another 8 or so days go by and still no estimate. Then requested watches to be returned and for that they wanted me to pay four times the cost of what I paid to send to them. Still waiting a week after I asked to send back . Then get a letter that says it takes them 5-7 days for shipping dept to mail. Friday I received message still in shipping department for next mail pickup on Mindsy. Just unreal service for a battery replacement.
