I sent a Wittnauer watch for repair because the calendar had stopped. After paying $285.11 for the repair, the watch was returned 3.5 months later with the calendar still not working. The watch was returned to Watch Repair USA under warranty and I waited another 2 months for the repaired watch to be returned. When it was finally returned, the calendar was still not working and the back of the watch was not screwed on.


I phoned and left 3 or 4 messages and none were returned. I then phoned Discover Card to stop payment. They reached out to the company on July 12, 2018 and nobody responded. When I finally reached out to the Better Business Bureau, the company responded but said I had to return the watch for repair and could not get a refund. Their website clearly says repair or refund. The email I got from them refused to refund my money. I am still fighting with the credit card company and the watch repair company to get my money back.


One would think that they would apologize and return my money. Instead they are fighting tooth and nail to avoid the refund. My recommendation is to void Watch Repair USA. Nice website. Poor service that is really unacceptable and they take no responsibilityfor their workmanship. Also, look at their Yelp Rating which is really quite poor as well.
