Please be advised that your coffee cups are absolutely horrible everytime i get a coffee from wawa the coffee gets out from under the black coffee caps spilling on me and ruins my day and clothes i wear for that day its ridiculous like i really can not be the only peraon tbos happens too becaisr it haooens everytime i have a coffee from there and its not like im going to get the coffee others bring thos coffee from coffee runs its definitely not my choice anyway please do something about the coffee cups its a simple fix so just fix it already if u want my advice cups from dunkin donuts are great ! Try switching to those kind of cups thanks. !

Horrible management skills and Customer service. While in the Wawa located in Capitol Heights/Upper Marlboro MD attempting to use the lottery machine, which wasn't working properly myself and my husband experienced the worst customer service ever. The lottery kiosk, again, wasn't working properly meaning it wouldn't accept our pre-selected tickets, so I went over to the register and asked the cashier if he could just scan our tickets, he stated that I had to wait on the other side where the lottery ticket scanner was behind the counter and someone would be there to assist me. A woman came shortly after that and I stated to her our issue and asked if she could use the machine to just scan our tickets, she said no, we HAD to use the kiosk and she would send ANOTHER person over to assist us at the lottery Kiosk. A Manager named Cindy came over shortly after that and made some of the most outrageous comments we've ever heard from a manager of a bushiness establishment. We again, stated our issue to her and she stated, "Sorry, I don't know how to work the machines in that manner, I was only trained to cash out tickets and fix the kiosk if it is not working." We explained to her that it is NOT working, we showed her how it gave an error message once the pre-selected tickets were entered into the Kiosk and it only was allowing Quick Pick numbers, which we didn't want, we had our own, pre-selected numbers that we wanted to play. Manager Cindy then stated, "Well, I don't believe in lottery so I really cant help you." my husband and I then asked if she could just run the tickets through the machine behind the counter and she stated AGAIN that she was not trained in that either, and WAIT it gets better, she THEN stated, "Well, maybe you can go to the 7-11 store to play." Once we made it a point that we were at her establishment to spend our money there, NOT at 7-11, she continued on to state that she couldn't help us. WORST CUTOMER SERVICE EVER! Not only was the MANAGER not skilled or trained in how to operate the machines, she sent us AWAY to another establishment AND her customer service skills were absolutely horrid. Unfortunately we will never come back to this establishment due to the severe lack of customer service. I hope that Wawa soon trains their managers and staff in proper store operations as well as Customer Service Skill training.
