To whom it may concern I am writing to alert you to the fact that the Assistant Manager Tony Cassa signed an un-notarized trespassing agreement with Largo Florida Police Department. I was victimized October 20th, 2018 by Largo Police Department with a trespassing warning and arrested without violence at the wawa located at 15701 us hwy 19 N, Clearwater, Florida. I was clearly profiled as a Black Man smoking at the Picnic tables outside the store. After my arrest I pointed out several white people smoking in the exact same location. The police ignored conduct of the white customers. I am making you aware that should an litigation arise from the actions of the Largo Police the wawa corporation would be considered in direct collusion to the police based on this agreement. I am asking that the corperate office of wawa invalidate this trespassing agreement and apologize for my illegal and embarrassing arrest. I would appreciate a prompt responseto myrequest for I assume the rights of other African Americans are subject to be violated with continued use of this agreement.
