I recently purchased 2 sweet cream cheese pretzels from your store near the Bay Pines Veterans Hospital Center. They would have been delicious, had they not had they been properly cooked...... the inside of BOTH contained totally Raw dough, which we ( my companion was an Executive Pastry Chef from the Washington DC area) were afraid to eat since we didn't know what raw ingredients we might be ingesting. I would have returned them, but by the time we began to comsume them we were on our way back home and about 45 miles from the store. My companion is an Executive Pastry Chef from the Washington DC area, and he agreed had they been correctly prepared they would have been delicious.

I stop at Wawa #141 in Royersford at least three times a day. The people who work there are wonderful and a credit to the company. My problem is that every weekday between 8AM and 8:30 there is a group of school bus drivers who park their buses in a store parking lot next to the Wawa and they all stand by the ashtray/butt collectors and smoke and drink coffee. They don't seem to notice that all the other customers have to walk around them while trying to hold their breath to get to the entrance door. Again, I love the store and the employees are fantastic. This is actually a customer problem that perhaps the manager should handle.

The Wawa store on eagle rd. is the dirtiest unkept store I have ever been, the mens room is filthy, the grounds are littered with debris...compared to the Wawa Broomall & other Wawa stores this place is a disgrace......it needs a cleaning.

Wawa has an employee who has shut down the deli not because they have ran out of food but because she stated she was tired of dealing with customers!!! Wow... Tonight she leaves another employee to deal with over 15 customers to go into the freezer, and it was very obvious that she did not want to help. She always has an attitude I asked her why one day and she states that she hates her job! I told her that with the recession she should be blessed to have one thinking that would change her thinking but it did not! A few weeks later I notice that this young lady named Samantha is a Manager!!! Wow.. I have never worked for any company that would allow this but I guess Wawa does!!! Sad...
