this company is a scam!!!

I have had SEVERAL problems with the company Webarfly. First off, they never revealed to me that they were NOT an actual employer, even when asked. I did not find out that they were an employment agency until I looked them up on google.
When I received the ad from a local employment ad, I called them. The girl on the phone asked me a couple of questions, and then told me I was PERFECT for the job, but needed to complete a bartender's course before being hired. She told me the cost was around 90 dollars (the complaint above mentioned a 25 dollar signing incentive, which I was never told) but once completed, I would be eligible for the job. I was very hesitant to pay this fee, but desperate for a job, I did. She told me I would be contacted via email. The guy that runs the mixology course contacted me with a file to open, read and study, and take the test. I could not open the app. After several emails back and forth, the guy finally sent the file PDF and I opened it. After reviewing the information, all I could do was laugh because the entire file was full of misspellings, errors in recipes and information. I went ahead and took the test, open book (stupid) and passed. I emailed Ashley Kyle at Webarfly and told him of my concerns with the information and requested a refund. After emailing back and forth with HIM many, many months, I finally requested to talk to his boss. (not knowing he owned the company). He emailed back and told me someone would be contacting me. NOOOOO..they did not. And, Ashley blocked me from sending anymore emails. One of the first emails he sent me though told me to go after the mixology company. Which, I tried, but between the stupid guy at the mixology company (who, by the way is probably all of 20) and dealing with Ashley going back and forth between the two of them, I just stuck with dealing with the company, Webarfly, that told me I HAD to take this course (which Ashley informed me it was an optional course). I have gotten in touch with the Attorney General of California and reported both companies as being big scam artists. I also will be writing Angie's List and Craig's List to tell people to STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!! They are scammers!!!! And when I get extra money, I WILL be taking both companies to court over the monies owed. They can pay the court fees-it's the principal now and not the money. Oh, and Ashley, I saw a rebuttal you wrote back to the person above's complaint. Let me just say that if you REALLY were a reputable company, you would refund the monies to people that were not satisfied with your product and service. You suck.
