My partner entered into an agreement with this firm and paid a £600 deposit, they assured her that no work would be done or resources allocated until they received a brief from her on how to continue. Then we did a bit of belated research and found out how bad the reputation of this firm was. Since then we have contacted the firm and cancelled our account and asked for a refund only to be met with lies, denial, hypocrisy and a general lack of will to do the right thing..I have threatened them with legal action if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction and am determined not to let this go.

This company have not responded to any emails regarding my issue.

Initially it was a painful process with the website developer in India, Many mistakes which needed emails and phone calls to resolve. Then when the website went live on the staff christmas party night (why not set it to go live the day before I had been asking all week) I had no support and it showed as error message all weekend on my online shop when I was launching. I looked foolish to say the least. Also lost credibility and business.

Now I paid for secure hosting, (sorry I am not great with technical names) I have had people contact me on social media with screenshots saying this online shop is not secure! page down and many other error messages.

Contacted webcreationuk NO Response, they have not resolved and after re forwarding all the emails still no response.

I am sure now they will see the review they may just be in touch.

My online shop has had bad reviews because of the website i blame webcreation for this, I paid a company to make an online shop they have made me look like I am a fake shop!

This company takes the money and does not offer any assistance. I have all screenshots of website and emails that I sent to webcreation so before they try to write and say its not true I have all of the details.

Apart from being extremely upset I worked hard for my online shop to come to life now my reputation and shop is ruined by this company!

Once again Webcreation Uk have just requested the removal of my feedback on Trustpilot despite the fact that I have provided Trustpilot with proof of purchase and two invoice numbers.

I am one of a very long list of people who have paid a lot of money and received nothing over the past 5-7 years from this company.

When will this company be held to account? I am continually receiving emails from dissatisfied clients and even my lovely electrician has confirmed that he also lost £5000 to this company!

I am having a similar problem with this company. I paid a lot of money for very little work for a project which should have been completed months ago.

Here is some advice which may be helpful. If you paid for this service with a credit card and you can prove that Webcreationuk is in breach of contract, you can claim a refund through the the credit card company under section 75. It's worth a try.

I echo many many of the complaints on this board.12 months ago, October 2013, I submitted a comprehensive, concise document to define how and why I needed the website-to-be-created to function. I paid £1780 up front - this was 50% of the agreed fee.
I have a long, long, long, story of complete frustration, total web designer ineptitude, and cynical 'management', which has been non-existent, and nothing short of a total joke.
The web 'design' is done in India - and there must be a high turn-over of staff, because when the going gets tough, they leave and you are lumbered with some other complete beginner, who seemingly can not read and/or understand very simple English.
Communication is the key to this work and after 12 months of total frustration all I can tell you is that it would be easier working with a 5 year-old child than these jokers that are actually attempting to do the work.
No work gets done in the UK. None at all. The salesman, Mark Eden, has no input whatsoever, but will cloud the issues, paly for time, make excuses, ANYTHING, but solve a problem or move things along. In short, they take your money, and do not give a monkeys what happens after that.
Many many MANY e-mails have shown me that they have no qualms about changing the goalposts, before eventually revealing they will not, do what you have fundamentally asked for in the original specification document. That is where I'm at right at this moment. I have been led up the garden path and told that what I've asked for, 12 months down the road, they will not actually do. I suspect this is a combination of greed, (they want to own your website after it's finished , so you pay web fees to them for the rest of it's life), or total ineptitude that they do not have the technical ability to do what has been asked.
They are, without doubt, the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, in any field, at any time in my 40 year working career. My only hope is that Watchdog and the Small Claims Court will be able to show WebCreationUK in their true light. They are a joke and a total disgrace.
I did not do my homework. It's my fault. But YOU, dear reader, are hopefully perusing this column before you make the leap into WebCreationUK Oblivion. Please wake up. These people will take your money - and steal a huge amount of your time - before finally leaving you slashing your wrists in sheer frustration.

Yet again Webcreations latest victim, 8 months still no homepage told it was down to subjective design, my impression was S*** design, We have contacted watchdog and rogue traders about this company so please any others out there having had a bad experience contact them and register interest in getting them on tv.
