Wrong flowers sent

My name is Patti McCann, my email is [email protected]

I placed an order number 04122587 for delivery on Saturday the 29th to a dear friend for her Anniversary. You will see by the order that I had requested the deluxe Alstroemeria. I am very disappointed and annoyed to find out she received a bunch of yellow and red chrysanthemums. Very much run of the mill flowers. She loves Alstroemeria which is why I ordered them

I am now being told I can’t have the correct order delivered, but I can have a future credit. This is not good enough! I have been pleased in the past with everything I have ordered but now ………. ! I expected a better response.

I ordered enchanted Cottage floral bouquet white roses and purple lavender the Delux size for a family that had the child pass away.
They received a wimpy small bouquet of 5 red roses that looked like they are about to die and some white-pink flowers.

This is unacceptable. I paid the top price and I am so disappointed that these flowers were sent to this family. I wanted them to receive the best I could get. I want your company to deliver the original request of the white roses and lavender flowers to
compensate for the terrible bouquet that these people received.

Late delivery with wilted flowers

I ordered flowers for my friend in Calgary February 15 and was supposed to be delivered that same day, my friend got the flowers 2 days later after I complained about the late delivery and the flowers were frozen and wilted after it thawed. My order no is 2563133, I demand that you replace the flowers, I paid for them and it’s your responsibility to ensure that we get what we pay for! Please deliver the replacement flowers to my friend Maria Santiago on February 22 and make sure the delivery is personally received not to leave the flowers outside, her address is194 Everglen Crescent SW Calgary Alberta T2Y 5E6, Canada , my email address is [email protected] and my tel no is 2054958172, my name is Mary Rose Santiago, please let me know to confirm that my friend will be getting the replacement flowers.

Today, 12 May, I received flowers, Tulips, from my daughter for Mother's Day. When I called her she was surprised that they were , delivered as she had set it up for Saturday 13 May, closer to Mother's Day. I told her the Tulips were very colourful, as I didn't have the heart to reveal that the flowers were not healthy, as they ALL droop. The greens are not to healthy as well. This is not acceptable.
