Flowers left outside in freezing cold flowers werer frozen will not be orderering flowers from them again!!!!

I ordered a Xmas Gourmet Basket 50% off price $30.00, it was meant to be delivered today but it didn't arrive so I would like to know what happened. Original Order number 1442808 23/8/19 not delivered. No contact with recipient to advise arrival of flowers & chocolates and gift. I was given a Credit to use in 12 months. When trying to use the credit following instructions from Matt (inside chat) he advised it is not valid and to contact [email protected] am so appalled by the way this company takes no accountability, and will be in touch with the Department of Fair Trading in New South Wales. Fortunately I have printed all the correspondence with Bloomex from my original order in August and todays disappointing effort when trying to use the credit for an Anniversary gift basket.

My family had flowers sent for my birthday no phone call was made re delivery they sat on my doorstep for two day.
Consequently when I returned today they had been left for two days are are dead....

Flowers not delivered on Mothers Day received Thursday.Son should not be charged.

My son ordered flowers from Bloomex for me for Mothers Day.The delivery service did not call ahead to see if anyone was at home[other companies do] so delivered them and left them on my steps.I was not home and didn't return until the next day---needless to say some of the flowers did not survive the cold night.I purged some of the dead ones and plunged others in water and some have sort of survived but certainly not the bouquet intended.I have informed him of this so he will not ordered from this company again.Order #02229478
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am very upset that I paid extra money and ordered roses to be delivered in the morning b between 9- 10:00, but it’s 4:56 now April 20 and the flowers have not be delivered.... I paid a lot of money for this service and every time I contact them via chat , I get blocked... then I received an email stating that the flowers are not delivered..... what kind of service is this! I want me money back right away please because I did not get the service and will report this as fraud...... reference number is: 2205716. Every time I try to get through to them? They keep saying we don’t know anything about the delivery... I am very frustrated and upset that these flowers meant a lot but I didn’t get anything for the amount I paid. Please return my money ASAP.

My friends husband died on July 20th, I heard about it on July 21.............I phoned and asked for a sympathy bouquet to be sent to Gail and was told that they couldn't deliver in the morning only the p.m. so they would do it on the July 22.
Unknown to me, my friend left the next day (July 22) to make funeral arrangements and did not return until July 29th.
The flowers were left to sit and rot on her front door step and were all dead by the time she got back home. I had given them her phone and cell phone...........but nobody saw fit to phone and make sure she would be there..............they were just left.
I can't tell you how upset I am to learn this and know that my best friend came home from burying her husband to a mess of dead flowers.
I want new flowers sent to her at no cost to myself or I want my Visa Credited back for the full $60.00............this was a pretty poor way of doing business if you ask me.

Daughter in Calgary ordered flowers from Bloomex in Vancouver to be shipped to Sorrento BC. They arrived very late & were dried out , therefore did not last long. Very disappointed!
