I got a loan from Wells Fargo Auto Dealer, and like with everyone during these rough times fell short on a couple of payments. But, managed to get back on my feet and make 2 payments a month to catch up and pay late fees. This month I reviewed a statement that says I owe $100.29 late fees and payment variance of $298.73 but because I've payed 2 payments a month my current payment for the month is $304.58 which my normal payment each month is $404.87.
So, can someone please tell me the difference between a late fee vs payment variance?? Because something is extremely shady. Im all caught up on my payments and looking back my late fee was $5.30 each month.
When I called CS they told be I was late with my payment and it came out to $100.29 Really!!!!! Thats the best they can tell me.
