Ordered Gluco-Secure on 30-Day Trial for $9.95 Received product. Determined it was not something I would use. Began attempting to return product - requires prior authorization - the day after I received it. Called number given twice (on different days)- got recording asking me to leave message and they would "call right back" - I also sent an email message to the given email address. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have had no response from the company to either calls or email. It is now past the time I could return. I would have been charged for recurrent shipments - but fortunately, I could and did yesterday stop any charges from being placed on my card by anyone - very inconvenient just because this company did not honor it's guarrentee.
