Wells Fargo in Cerritos Ca is the worst bank to ever mix your business with!
The assistant manager by the name of Charissa Albanaza refused to give me back my California Drivers License after sitting and being interrogated by her inaccurate assumptions of me! What this pathetic "professional" thought to be...? Was thought WRONGFULLY WITHOUT SEEKING THE CORRECT AND RIGHTFUL WAYS TO GO ABOUT A MEMBERS ACCOUNT THAT THEY ARE QUESTIONABLE ABOUT!" You don't just judge a person by looking at them, looking at how they are dressed or looking at their ethnicity! That's exactly what they do at this particular Wells Fargo in Cerritos, Ca. And the sad thing is... these bank tellers are being trained by these bank biasts. They need to seriously be retrained and sent to the Wells Fargo bank located inside of STATER BROS and really get a grip on how a customer should be treated, on what customer service is really about and does and.... most importantly "HOW YOU KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS!"

Hi, I was hoping you would like to do a report about Wells Fargo Bank.

So, today I logged onto my Wells Fargo account and noticed that 15,000.00 from my saving account had been frozen.

When I called the levy department I was told my account was frozen because the Law firm of Ralph L. Sims had placed a legal hold on my account.

Wells Fargo said that Mr. Sims was hired by a company called 2JINN which turns out is Aladdin Bail Bonds.

I contacted Aladdin and was told they only have one Roy Cox and your last four of your social security number and drivers license don't match up.

Five hours later I finally was able to contact 1-866-651-3697 the debt collecting department of Ralph Sims.

The debt collecting debt told me that the Roy Cox they were looking for has different social security number and a different driver’s license number than me.

The Debt Collector told me that Wells Fargo should have never frozen my account because he sent them all the pertinent factors (i.e., social security and driver’s license number) for the Roy Cox that owes Aladdin Bail Bonds.

I called back to Wells Fargo to try and explain that they were freezing the wrong Roy Cox and the levy department person rudely said,”You may have to seek an Attorney” and hung up on me (Or we somehow became disconnected).

When I called Wells Fargo Back I was placed on hold by the automated system and they refused to answer my call. I stayed on hold for 43 minutes.

What can I do? My account has been frozen and I've been over the phone more than 20 times going from one person to another. The last comment I finally got is that they will not send me any money back. That they can do that according to the law. But they just can't give me more information. So they steal my money basically. I don't know what to do. It's been a
Month already they did that and I lost my $9,000 dollars I have saved for many years. Is there anything. I can do????
