Wells Fargo dealer services

Wells Fargo has put 30 days late for Jan 2012 and February 2012 the loan was paid off Dec 2011 and I recieved my pink slip title on Jan 18 2012 I had 42 pymts and they seem to think it ok to put two 30 day late pymts on my credit score when I had all ready recieved my pink slip in the beginning in January THERE WERE NO MORE PYMTS. DUE THE TRUCK WAS. PAID I FULL. and now they won't remove the lies they put on my credit report and the SUV I have now the have charged me twice within one month late fees that aren't late I am sick of this with this company I want to take action and take them to court I have all my statements for the SUV I gave now and I want my pink slip from these Rupp offs I paid 20000.00 for a 12000.00 sub and I made all my pymts they tell me its interest its the late fees that I am not paying they can only charge you one late fee a month and that is if its late I want something done to these people they don't deserve the time if day why haven't they been shut down they are liers and crooks I want justice now. My name is venetia Burroughs my number is 7605804049 I want some answers if this company can keep my title after I have made all my payments this is outrageous I am sick of this the have ripped me off long enough I want my over pymts and my title I paid way two much money for wells faegos mistakes that have been done to me it's horrible

Mishandling of A US Senior Citizen

I really wish this company would stop and think about its actions already. They are at a point I am not receiving any calls in return nor emails. I truly feel those hurt by their ways need to come together and work out a way to make this stop.

This is theee worst experience I have ever had with a car.... So if you have Wells Fargo and find yourself in a temporary bind.. they do not want to help you... as soon as you call to inquire they are already treating you as if you stole something...they make it seem as though its impossible to offer you the deferment and even once its initiated.. you are pretty much sure it will be denied. They do not want to help their customers in any way.. every situation is not long term... and most people who can afford the car DONT EVEN CALL FOR A DEFERMENT.. they just ride it out until its repossessed.. so just give people who are notifying of a hardship a chance to get right .... Sheesh.

Wells Fargo Auto Fianance (Bad Company)

I have been with Wells Fargo since 2002, never had so much as a single NSF on any account. I refinanced my auto loan through Wells Fargo and never missed a car payment, actually I was two months current until I became ill and had to be put on FMLA which took me out of work for 12 weeks. So I call 5 days before my car payment was due and ask for a deferment and was denied help and was advised they don't view medical disability a hardship! I was like WTH!?! So I told them to look at my history, I have been a good customer and just need help until I return to work. I was told by the rude staff they have that if they helped a good paying customer it wouldn't be fair to all their other customers! again WTH!?! So I tell them, you wont help me while I am out ill because to you being medically disabled for a short period of time is not a hardship and you wont help me because I have paid on time every time with every WF product I have obtained. I complained and their response wasn't someone from a legal team it was from one of their Level 3 Debt Collectors even though I haven't been delinquent and was advised that they don't help when I have known my medical has been long term and that you have to be in your contract for 9 months. My response was not sure where you got I have had my medical issue long term when it was a sudden event and I have had my contract much longer than 9 months so your math is bad and your info to my medical is wrong. I am dealing with disability attorneys now and was advised to see if they will help me now that I am back to work. So I call again today and ask for a deferment and was told it will now take a week for an answer in the mail, they will conduct an employment and income verification, and I will know if a week. I asked did they changed their process or is it because its me and of course the rep changes the subject. Wells Fargo is the worst bank, financial institution I have ever dealt with. There customer service has been horrible inside the bank and over the phone, when you speak with them its like your are bothering them to do their job! I will be closing all accounts and moving over to Chase.

rudeness

Just wanted to add that your Customer Service department is totally lacking in Customer Service!!! I have never spoken to a customer service representative and supervisor that was as rude as your people. They would not explain the problem or listen to my questions or concerns. In fact, your supervisor hung up on me. I work in a job where we rely on custormer service for repeat business. If I talked to my customers they way your people talked, I would be terminated immediately. I have had my first and last business dealing with your company. From the comments I have read, we are not the first!

pay off

made last payment on my car 11days early was waiting on a clear title and got a statement instead for 2.98 called wells fargo dealer services and they told me I had to request a pay off even though there were no more payment to be made.They said I didnt follow there procedure and therefore I had incured interest I ask to speak to a supervisor and when she answered she said they had talked about my problem and that I did owe the money stupidest thing I ever heard well to make a long story short wells fargo is off my list and anyone else list that I can talk out of it!

Financial Help

I was recently divorced and left with little money and a car I cannot sell. After 2 years of never missing a payment I was juggling between a house payment and car payment never letting the car get more than one month behind. After doing this for 6 months I called to see if I could get assistance. I was basically told they may as well take the car because it "sounds" like I will never be able to afford it. I was advised to let them repo it and move on. I was treated like a dead beat not someone trying to get help. In 6 months they never called me but since I have asked for help they call me every 2 or 3 days asking for payment. The last call was 7pm Sunday night. Merry Christmas Wells Fargo Scrooges!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! RUN AWAY

I cannot begin to express my frustrations with this company, I was out of work sick for a week UNPAID, and these jerks wont even work with me, and I know there is a 10 day grace period so why do they feel the need to call a day after the payment is due? I do western union payments so sometimes they dont post til the next day, and I usually have to do them on Fridays after 5, and they call me Friday at 3, after Ive already told them that I will be paying it, as I always do, Im seriously thinking of getting rid of the car all together, this has been the worst experience as far as cars go, I usually just buy private party and I am VERY sure I will be doing that again VERY soon. Im sick of this big company taking advantage of the people that pay their salary, and cant even help someone out in a hardship, just totally unbelievable... I would suggest taking a bus before getting a loan with these Jack-ass's, unless of course you like harrassment, and the worst customer service I have ever had, and the rudest reps, I cant believe how they can get away with this! My suggestion is STAY AWAY

Lack of Assistance

I had the same thing happen to me but, under different circumstances. I went through a hardship, made the same request and was given the same answer. The only thing that was different was (FOR ONCE) the Representative gave me a wonderful alternative: Since I had never changed my payment date, I could set it so that It would fall on a date to where I could still have my grace period and not be reported as delinquent. She further instructed that if I could not pay by that due date (which fell into the next month), I could call back to work with the service department. I know it sounds bad but since I have never missed a payment I could eat the late fee (last resort), and pay when I could before the end of the next month and STILL not be delinquent. There are ways around road blocks, it has worked for me and just though I would share. GOOD LUCK!

Lack of Assistance

I have had a car loan through Wells Fargo Dealer Services for 4 years and have never missed a payment. I have had to work 2 jobs for almost 2 years to make ends meet and recently the 2nd job I had ended. I called for the first time ever to request a deferment and they wouldn't give it to me. Stating that without me having found another job they don't know I can pay them next month. The issue is with a deferment I can get back on the right track and guarantee next months payment as without it I can guarantee further issues. They didn't care, refused to help me. Now this is the final conclusion of trying to get someone to help me and running the gambit of automated systems and "Please Hold" and transfers for 2 days in a row. If I can find anyway possible to get away from this company I would. I will never finance anything through them again and I would highly recommend anyone staying far away from them as possible.

pay off problems

I have been trying to pay off my loan through Wells Fargo Dealer's Services. They first gave me wrong pay off balance online and after I submitted it, they sent additional charges saying the payment was late. After I attempted contacting them to discuss this charges, they said their supervisors were busy and they would not be able to talk to me. I ended up having to pay extra charges. I will never use Wells Fargo again. NO MORE BAIL OUTS!!!

pay off problems

Wells Fargo dealer services is the worst, the company does not have a branch to pay your bill and they don't take credit cards over the phone, I financed with them before and HATEd it before so I purchased a car from another company that was purchased by Wells Fargo dealer services, my husband and I are in the same boat, never again, I will save the money to buy cash, ANYTHING is better.
