Dealer services poor customer service

I don't know how a bank as large as Wells Fargo can be so disorganized. I purchase the vehicle from a local dealer. The paperwork was lost on three separate occasions. This made me very uneasy considering it was my personal information lost with so they claimed FedEx. Then the dealer could not even get a straight story I was told my first payment was posted to my account and then Wells Fargo changed the account number and now claims they cannot find my payment. They are requiring me to track it. And my bank shows it may or may not have been returned but Wells Fargo would have it in a hold account. Naturally I am one little customer and they have millions so I assume I do not matter and neither does my car payment of $400. I would have to get an attorney involved to fight this huge Bank for my $400. It's the principle behind it. They admit that there were errors along the way but they are not willing to find the payment themselves even though I was told it was there at one time before the loan paperwork changed. Let's just get right down to the bottom line. I still have to make another payment. Meaning I am out $400 and they still want another 400. I don't plan to win with this Bank. And I do not recommend anyone going to them for an automobile loan. Probably not any loan. Stay away from this Bank

How does a company like Wells Fargo Dealer ervice stay in business- They don't know how to work with thre general public. I have gotten 130 calls from them over the last month and never left a message. I call them back and they act like they don't what going on; I have asked to be removed from the calling list and they say they can/ and will remove me but never do. They get upset if your mad about taking/wasting your time with these calls but never fix it. I have called and spoke with 6 diffrent employees about this and it's all the same - same old pet answer they'll fix it the problem. Even if it takes the 2 to 10 working days to stop this they never do.I have gone to the B.B.B. and the F.C.C. to help with the problem but thinking about a lwayer to sue

awful customer service/reposession

Worst company ever..we put 5000.00 cash down and financed 5000.ok
We left the country and our insurance elapsed.when we came back we discovered they had put there coverage on the vehicle since we let ours elapse.there's was liability (75.00 month)
I understand them insuring the vehicle during that time. I take responsibility for not contacting them in regards to insurance elapse but at the same time we played our monthly payments..Upon coming back to the country we fell behind one month even though we reinstated our own insurance policy.So now for three months we've had insurance and we faxed wells Fargo the proof they still are charging us for there own insurance fees..we woke up this morning to a sneaky tow truck driver who dropped someone off and they repoed our vehicle based on 1 month and 28 days past due which is a total of approx. 320.00 so now we are waiting to call them this morning .on our statement it shows we owe 850.00 ..Lol....they are a fucking rip off company that does these high interest loans to not help the people struggling but rather to jam them up like my situation and repo the car back only to resale or rework a deal with the next sucker at the next car lot...bottom line is yeah I owe them for not quit 2 months and I got the cash to pay but why would they not take off the insurance for the three months we had our own.that would have taken there total due(not past due)down approx. 210.00.......I am sickened how this company is so unorganized and so dysfunctional.we've talked to four diff reps
Who each say that when we make our payment at wells Fargo bank that the bank is inputting the payments in wrong and screwing up our monthly past due..HOW THE FUCK IS IT MY FAULT IF I MAKE THE FUCKING PAYMENT AND THE BANK CONSTANTLY DOES SOMETHING WRONG? It seems to me the actual bank (wells fargo) actually wants nothing to do with this dept.called dealer services due to the amount of complaints and unorganized payment options. Calling attorney now

Collections, customer service

The Collection department and customer service are horrible! I can't believe they are so inefficient, ugly acting, unethical and etc... they know our personal information but you ask them their name and they give you a fake one, no name, or just hang up. Oh, and the others protect them and won't give their names either, yet, YET, they have our information to do what they want, whether legal or illegal and most of all criminal! I'm pretty sure they don't do back ground checks on them! There needs to be more control done on our end to keep our records and personal information from falling into the hands of people who are, stupid, lazy, criminally minded (vindictive acting to their customers is included) and outright breaking the law. Something needs to start changing with this bank for the better....

Horrible customer service and/Collections

They truly are the worse financial institution of any I have ever seen! Rude, unethical people, lazy and let me add, unprofessional. ALL THE ABOVE! Can't wait until my auto loan is paid off! Never do business with them under any circumstance! Don't ever get involved with such shadiness!! They will make everyone live to regret it at some point through the life of the loans and with their harassment. Oh, and I will also add one other thing, I had to call back a few different times to make a payment on my car and try and get that resolved as well as try to find out who the person was who threatened me and who was very volatile - No one knew! THEY appear to be protecting each other. How is it they have information about their customers but when asked by any of us what their names are, they either lie or hang up or play dumb about their fellow employee! I don't want these crazies to have my personal information to do what they wish with it! Something needs to change!!!!!!

Please, please think hard about doing business with them; even if they are the only ones who will approve your loan! It is not worth it! They are ugly beyond ugly....

RUDE Customer Service and no LENIENCY!

Bullpoop, the simple solution would of saved up and paid cash for a used vehicle. This is a result of pure selfishness. No one is required to buy a car they cannot afford then agree by signing a contract to pay it off with Intrest. This is especially true when the instant you sign the contrant the vehicle you bought is worth less, in addition to the outrageous fees to do it. People do this because the want what they want. All WF is doing is giving these selfish people what they want. Only the scum of the earth would buy something they can't afford, then cry like a little &itch when they can't pay for it, just so the can look cool to their friends and neighbors. They deserve all the misery they can get.

RUDE Customer Service and no LENIENCY!

It's easy to say pay you're bills on time. Realistically, unemployment rates are sky-high and life circumstances change. It doesn't make a person less than human. These companies treat struggling individuals like they're pathetic scum of the earth. I seriously wonder how they sleep at night. The fact is, without struggling individuals, these rude, condescending, "customer service representatives" wouldn't have a job. Heaven forbid, karma bites them in the butt and they experience life in the shoes of those they treated so poorly.
