Our complaint is the way Wells Fargo keeps giving us the run around about releasing the funds to repair our home. Our Foundation shifted which our home was sinking it shifted 6.5 feet, we had ghost doors, our floor in the kitchen rosed up in the front of our eyes. And plumbing issues we found out after the work was done. We called the Warranty department and they sent someone out. So we had another person come out to inspect our home and they bideded and the warranty department sent out the check we had to endorse it and send it to Wells Fargo. we put in our claims turned in all necessary paper work and the Foundation comnpany came out and lifted the house, then the plumbers came out because we were having issue with the plumbing. Wells Fargo told us they will come out when everythings done. But they have to release the funds so that the pkumbers can come and do what they have to do. Now they're telling us that before the plumbers can start they have to inspect the foundation. We asked them about that. Now its a delay on the plumbers to come out and do what they supposeto do. We have to wait another 5 days before an inspector comes out. The house has been lifted since Noemeber 27,2016 and they told us that they will come after the plumbing is done. We have been back and forth with them every since November really October when we first recieved the warranty check. It still has"nt happen. We should not have to come out of our pockets when they have the funds for the repairs held up in a RESTRICTED ESCROW ACCOUNT WE NEED SOME LEGAL HELP. ITS NOT RIGHT FOR A Medical Disbled Veteran and Family have to go through this mess. Crying out for what can we do to get this ball rolling like it should. Help!
