I received an email on 9/6/19 letting me know that my checking account was closed on 9 /4/19 they didn't give a reason why. but my account was negative $9.52 and banks don't close your account when you have a negative balance and thats because in 7/19 wells Fargo charge me $10.00 for not having direct deposit anymore and for not keeping the monthly balance and i did that because i know they was giving the state information because when i change my account number the bank change my address without my permission so i called and change it back to my P.O Box

It has been one hoop after another to Rec' payment for all the clean up, repairs and replacement of our home after Hurricane Irma.
Today, the representative was rude! Telling me "it doesn't make sense (repairs done) if I live in Hawaii and my house is in Florida. WHAT!??
I told him, it does make sense because I drop out of college and left my job and family for 2 months to fly there and take care of our property and home. I told him, it was chaos there!!! No place to rent for myself and my contractor from South Fla, I rented a 34' RV from Miami and drove it down as utilities we're not fully avail in all areas.
Yes! Yes, I made the repairs, it's all on my Visa!!!

Wells Fargo won't release our claim money, 9 months with out bathroom and getting sick due to the mildew. Please help.
