I have a hole in my roof, literally. It's tarped and has been for a little over a month. I have been dealing with the mortgage company Wells Fargo for that same amount of time. Knowing it's a process to get a big cliam check endorsed I made sure to have all the proper paperwork filled out and faxed in right away....After speaking with loss draft on a weekly basis i have learned not one person is on the same page. They are inexperienced telemarketers who seem to have trouble making proper notes in their system. I called 3 times in a row and got 3 very different answers, that's when i was directed to the resolution center. Customer service is no better there either. In fact I asked why I was told on a Friday which is noted in their system that I could request funds today because all the proper paperwork was received.....I didn't get a response. I have interior damage that is getting worse due to the continuous storms we are experiencing and having to get my roof retarped once a week. I think it is ridiculous, I am not behind on payments, I followed the proper protocol and even paid extra for overnights. Yet I can't even get funds to pay a downpayment so I can replace my roof? If something is wrong with your employees, system, paperwork, i'm unsure how a phone call to a homeowner who is doing regular follow ups would have been so hard? I will be done with Wells Fargo after this, that's a fact Worse Company ever.
