It has been one hoop after another to Rec' payment for all the clean up, repairs and replacement of our home after Hurricane Irma.
Today, the representative MICHAEL, was rude! Telling me "it doesn't make sense (repairs done) if I live in Hawaii and my house is in Florida. WHAT!??
I told him, it does make sense because I drop out of college and left my job and family for 2 months to fly there and take care of our property and home. I told him, it was chaos there!!! No place to rent for myself and my contractor from South Fla, I rented a 34' RV from Miami and drove it down as utilities we're not fully avail in all areas.
Yes! Yes, I made the repairs, it's all on my Visa!!!
