Just because they called or sent a letter for you (just like your mama could have done) and asked them to give you what you wanted, does not mean they can force a business to do anything. People think the BBB is a governing agency that oversees business but they are not. Like I said, they are a rating company who will do the work for you if you have an issue with a merchant.
