I wish I would have read these complaints prior to beginning this process with Wells Fargo Property Loss:( We are now 10 weeks in to living in 1/2 a house with having not even received the first 1/3 of our insurance money! Beyond frustrating... they claim to never receive needed paperwork, cannot locate faxes, documents are incorrect, and on and on. Every time I call I have to talk to a different resolution specialist who says "they understand" and "will take a personal interest" in my case:( They never call and supervisors never call back... Just been a complete nightmare...and during the holidays:((((
