Wells Fargo holding claim check

Wells Fargo has not released any insurance claim funds to pay contractor. All forms are completed but they still have not released anything for several months which was suppose to be released after 3 days. Its been months. The contractor will be hiring a lawyer and wants to file a lien.

Wells Fargo holding claim check

Wells Fargo holding insurance check in escrow for 5 months and has not released any funds to pay contractor. Contractor complied with everything for the funds to be released in full and is threating lien.
