I had a shed damaged during a windstorm got the check for the insurance company has Wells Fargo's name on it want them to endorse if they tell me to send in the worksheets send it in many times they keep telling me a missing a page sent in all the ones I got from the insurance company still are not signing my check I am clueless I don't know what to do

I have a property loss for a shed that blew away in the wind just want them to sign check so I can purchase a new one from Menards again they are telling me that the insurance worksheets aren't all their fax them to them many times and their still continuing to tell me I don't have everything been fighting this for over a month what can I do I need help
