Have Not Received My Claim Check

I sent my claim check in to Wells Fargo in August of this year, it is now December and I have not received my claim check back. My repairs have finished for over 2 months and the contractor need to be paid. I have called and called and called, it one thing after another. I pay the the insurance premiums and I want my money!!!!
