I was fired for heel spurs I let all managers i including the store manager about the problem 3 days ahead about the pain I even told one of them Thursday night that I might be able to make it till 10 PM but might not be able to close the pain was unbearable I told the closing manager and went home the next day on my day off I got a phone call to call the store manager I called him he said I don't want to talk about it that I had walked out which I didn't but he said u no longer have a job here. I never missed a day or was late I'm not happy about it at all I called the man over him that supposed to look into these things but I haven't heard back from him
