Seller has taken my money but never shipped my items

I ordered my items over a week ago. The funds have been taken out of my account but the seller has not shipped my items nor will he communicate with me.
I have sent numerous messages asking when my item will be shipped but he never responds to me . He has taken $195.08 from my account . I am very frustrated and upset . Can you contact the seller and resolve this matter ? Thanks!
